A service designed to determine the authority of LLC/JSC governing bodies in approving significant transactions and to generate protocols (resolutions) for the approval of such transactions.

The service helps determine whether a transaction is considered significant under current legislation. Depending on the transaction amount (up to 25%, between 25% and 50%, or more than 50% of the balance sheet value of assets), the service identifies which governing body should approve the transaction: the board of directors or the general meeting of shareholders. Additional conditions specified in the organization's charter are also taken into account. Once the analysis is complete, the service generates the corresponding approval protocols (resolutions) for the transaction.
