Each of us uses the services of a notary.
After we receive the notary service, the notary or notary's assistant simply tells us the price of the service and we pay.
But it would be nice to know the price of the notary service in advance, even before going to the notary office.
To do this, you can call the notary office, but it is not always possible to get through.
And there is also a risk that when clarifying by phone, they will be counted incorrectly, since many nuances must be taken into account for the calculation.
The price of a notary service consists of the following components:
- notary tariff, the calculation algorithms of which are established in the legislation,
- the cost of legal and technical services, the maximum amount of which is set individually by the Federal Notary Chambers in each region of the Russian Federation.
Algorithms for calculating these amounts can be quite complex and depend on different circumstances.
After a conversation with a well-known Moscow notary, we found out that the problem of calculating the price of notary services exists both for clients of notaries and notaries themselves.
Clients need to understand how much they have to pay for a particular notary service before they come to a notary, and notaries and notary assistants are constantly distracted from work by requests to calculate how much a notary service will cost.
Thus, there is a need for a simple and convenient calculator of the cost of notary services, which could be used by both clients of notaries and notaries themselves.
In cooperation with the mentioned Moscow notary, we made such a calculator for the cost of notary services and placed this calculator on his website. Our low-code platform Botman.one allows you to make such calculators quickly enough and without involving developers, since knowledge of the programming language is not required for this.
The calculator helped to calculate the price of notary services and even served as a tool for attracting users to the notary's website, since there were no analogues that would allow calculating the price of such a wide range of notary services on the network.
But in 2023, the algorithms for calculating the notary tariff, as well as legal and technical services, have changed. In many cases, the calculation procedure is difficult to automate, and the volume of the table itself with the procedure for calculating the prices of notary services is impressive.
We had to redo everything, and this is a very big job.
Then we decided that we would make such a calculator, the calculation algorithms of which could be easily and quickly changed in case of changes in notary tariffs. In addition, the architecture of the new calculator is built in such a way that it allows you to configure it for calculating the prices of notary services in any subject of the Russian Federation, and not only in Moscow.
That is, now we can set up such a calculator for any notary in any subject of the Russian Federation.
The calculator can be put on the notary's website and then the clients themselves will be able to calculate how much the notary service will cost without distracting the notary and his assistants from work.
The calculator can also be used by notaries themselves and their assistants, so as not to count the prices of services manually.
