Recently, I was approached by employees of one of the Russian investment platforms with a request to prepare standard forms of an additional agreement to a government contract and two letters.
In the process of preparing the forms of documents, I realized that in each specific case, in order to prepare an additional agreement and letters based on the forms I made, employees will have to manually enter a lot of information: company details, full names of managers, addresses and other data and adjust the texts of these documents depending on who signs them, to whom they are sent and others circumstances.
