Pilot № 1. Using our visual constructor Botman.one we created an expert system which:
- consults clients on variety of issues,
- collects information concerning each application, make a structured report and automatically send it to bank's employees,
- collects statistic data about all clients applications.
Pilot № 2. Using our visual constructor Botman.one we created an expert system which consults bank's employees concerning different issues of cash operations (FAQ-system).
This was a complicated but interesting job and we are glad that we have done it well.
Visual constructor allows bank's stuff to make fast amendments in the expert system without any help of programmers.
Botman.one allows to create not only expert systems but online courses, BPM-systems, documents generators, online-calculators, chat-bots, tests and other applications. In this case a period for creating an applicatin 7-10 times shorter than a programmers need to create the same application.
